What is it?

Rainmax’s filter is the most effective, affordable and easy-to-use solution for Rooftop Rainwater Harvesting. It carries out a two stage filtration process through a fine stainless steel 100 micron mesh and its unique first flush system, effectively removing dust, leaves, contaminants and other debris. Watch the product video below for more information.

How it works

The video on the right will help you understand the mechanism our filter operates on. Rainwater from the rooftop passes through down-take pipes and enters the filter chamber. It filters through a fine 100-micron stainless steel (SS) 304 grade mesh. Around 5-10% of this water, along with leaves and debris, empties out through the waste water outlet. The remaining water enters into the first flush system, where initial turbid rainwater is trapped below the float ball and drained through the ball valve. Clean water then enters into the storage tank through the clean water outlet.

Rainmax Filters Use No Electricity

The Rainmax Filter uses no electricity or any other artifically applied source of energy. It simply used gravitational force to work effectively.
